As stated by the board decision of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency’s dated 20.10.2016, numbered 7052 and the letter dated 22.02.2017 and the dated 29.12.2017; after January 31, 2018, it is necessary to obtain approval from individual credit card and debit card holders in order to make purchase from the internet.
After January 31, 2018, you have to write SANAL and leave a space and send the last four digits of your card number to 6033 so that you can continue your internet shopping with your Passolig Cards.
You can also give your approval through Aktif Bank Internet Branch and Passolig Call Center.
Once you have logged into Aktif Bank Internet Branch, you can give your approval by following the menus below;
Other -> Security Settings -> From the Card Usage Settings menu, you can choose which card you want to open for internet shopping.
If you give confirmation, your Passolig Cards will be open to online shopping (e-commerce).
If not approved, your Passolig Cards will not used be to your internet shopping.

You can shop online securely with your Passolig Credit Card!
Passolig Credit Card offers a fast and secure shopping option on 3D Secure enabled member merchants' websites. Please note that the main account associated with your credit card must have the required amount for the online purchase.
How Does 3D Secure Work?
3D Secure is a security measure developed by Visa and MasterCard for online debit, credit or prepaid card transactions. You can select 3D secure as a payment option in all online debit, credit or prepaid card transactions, and confirm the transaction with a code sent to your mobile phone via SMS for increased security.
You will be required to enter card and payment information during payment.
When you click ‘Send’, the system checks your credit card information and sends a single-use confirmation code to your mobile phone via SMS.
You can enter the code sent to your mobile phone to the relevant field to complete your transaction.
You need to have a current and valid mobile phone number registered at our bank to use 3D Secure.
Customers with incorrect or outdated mobile phone numbers registered at our bank can call Passolig Call Center at 0 (850) 724 33 44 to update their mobile phone information before completing their transaction.
