Loading Money

Provide the nearest PTT branch with your identity number and the amount you want to load. If you have more than one Passolig Cüzdan Pre-paid Card, please specify the card you want to load.

Press ENTER button for cardless transactions.

Choose Aktifbank from contractual bank transactions.

Click Deposit Cash on Passolig Card on the menu.

Enter your identity number and click CONTINUE.

Following the confirmation, enter the amount you want to load and slip the money into the PTTMatik device.

You should enter the following information to the related fields to load money by EFT;

Name of the bank: Choose "Aktif Bank"

City: Choose “İstanbul”

Branch: Choose "997-Passolig Branch"

Recipient Name: Name, Surname

Account Number: Write down your “Passolig Card Number or TC Identity No” and the amount to be paid and approve.

You can go the nearest N Kolay teller machine with your Passolig Cüzdan Prepaid Card and deposit cash on your card.

Go to the nearest ATM, insert your card, and enter your password. Select the Payment menu. Place the amount that you want to load, confirm all information on the confirmation screen and complete your transaction.

Go to the nearest Vakıfbank ATM and click the button "Enter". Click Aktif Bank Transactions from the Cardless Operations. Enter the number of Passolig Cüzdan Pre-paid Card you want to deposit cash onto. Enter your Turkish ID Number and mobile phone number respectively and deposit the amount you entered into the deposit slot. Confirm all information on the confirmation screen.
