Chip & Pin

You will be required to enter your PIN when you shop with Passolig Credit Card. To get your Passolig Credit Card PIN, you can call 0850 724 33 44 Passolig Call Center.. Or To get your Passolig Card PIN is as easy as texting a SMS. Text “Sifre” leave a space then write the last 4 digits of your card number and leave a space again, write the first two digits of the CVV number which is on the back of your card, leave a space and write your 4 digits password then sent it to 6033 then your PIN will come to your mobile phone.

You can change your PIN at Passolig Internet Branch, 0850 724 33 44 Passolig Call Center and at any ATM.

You can use your Passolig Credit Card abroad where Chip&Pin is used. However, you will have to use your Passolig Credit Card with your original signature in the countries where Chip&Pin is not used.

Do not forget to call 0850 724 33 44 in case of forgotten PINs, lost/stolen cards or you learn of false transactions made.
